Terms of Sale: 10% down on auction day with the balance due at closing within 30 days.

Buyer’s Premium:  A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid to determine the total contract price paid by the purchaser.


From Birmingham: Take I-59 North, exit 166 (Oneonta/Ashville), take Hwy 231 north to Oneonta, turn right on Hwy 75 north, then right on CR 39, go 8.3 miles to property.

From Gadsden: From I-59 and Hwy 278, take Hwy 278 west to Walnut Grove, turn left on Murphrees Valley Road (CR 39), go 1 mile to property on right.
