Waterfront Auction Sells for $905,000
 In a standing room only auction bidders competed for ownership of 6 waterfront lots and a beautiful 4 br 4 ba waterfront home. Sellers of the home were very happy to sell their waterfront home after nearly 2 years on the market. The home sellers are retiring to Florida and this sale will allow them to relocate more easily and quickly.Also selling were 6 waterfront lots on Smith Lake.
