 With every seat occupied, more than 40 bidders many of whom were standing on the outskirts of the tent, purchased 2 homes and 3 building lots for $550,000. More than 100 were in attendance on this sunny Saturday morning auction in Millbrook, AL. There were many rounds of competitive bidding with 4 buyers succeeding in buying the 5 different parcels.
