Auction: Online Bidding begins May 25th and the Live Auction will be held Saturday, June 8th at 10:00 a.m. CT.
Auction Site: Live bidding will be at the Boaz Public Library, Mastin Room, 404 Thomas Ave., Boaz, AL.
Bidding: All bidding is by the dollar.
Buyer’s Premium: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid to determine the Total Contract Price paid by the Purchaser.
Terms of Sale: The Contract is to be signed and returned to Target Auction Company Auction Day (for live and online bidders). This is a Cash Sale with 10% down due when signing (for a live winning bidder) or by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 10th (for an online winning bidder) with the balance due at closing within 30 days.
