About Searcy, Arkansas

With a population of just over 23,000, Searcy offers a small town feel with Little Rock being an easy commute down Hwy 167. It is the seat of White County and offers everything one could want; schools, shopping, medical, recreational activities and entertainment.

  • Searcy Country Club is located just across the road from this amazing property. For more than 100 years, Searcy Country Club, the only private club in Searcy, has taken great pride in their family-friendly membership lifestyle, active amenities, dining, and special events.
  • Harding University is a private university with its main campus in Searcy. It is the largest private university in Arkansas. Established in 1924, the institution offers undergraduate, graduate, and pre-professional programs.
  • Greers Ferry Lake is a picturesque 40,500-acre reservoir with a total shoreline of over 340 miles. The lake lends itself to swimming, boating, and camping as well as outstanding fishing for Walleye, Crappie and Bass.
  • White River has long been ranked one of the top trout fisheries in the country. Fishing is popular in these waters for a number of trout species including rainbow, brown, and cutthroat trout. A number of trout fishing resorts lie on the tailwaters of Bull Shoals Lake and the North Fork River. Fishing for white bass is also popular in these waters.
  • The Arkansas River is a major tributary of the Mississippi River. It generally flows to the east and southeast as it traverses the U.S. states of Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. At 1,469 miles, it is the sixth-longest river in the United States, the second-longest tributary in the Mississippi–Missouri system, and the 45th longest river in the world.
  • Hunting in this area of Arkansas is prime for many reasons. The Mississippi Flyway migration route, which follows the Mississippi River much of the way and covers most of Arkansas, is a major interstate for birds moving north and south. Arkansas has abundant cover and food for birds traveling the flyway. At 550,000 acres, the Big Woods that line the White and Cache River basins in Arkansas are the second-largest contiguous block of forest remaining in the Mississippi River Delta. Bald Knob Refuge (15,000 Acres), Henry Gray Hurricane Lake WMA, Jim Kress WMA, and the Rex Hancock-Black Swamp WMA are also in close proximity. Hunting White Tail Deer in Arkansas is legendary. Deer Hunters in Arkansas bag around 200,000 per season, with some areas boasting up to 9 deer per square mile being taken. The Ozark Mountain region is known for magnificent scenery and good turkey hunting opportunities. Hunters will find several quality walk-in turkey hunting areas within the 1.2 million acres on the Ozark-St. Francis National Forests.

About the Home

Rich quality and fine detail are evident throughout every square foot of this luxury custom home. A state-of-the-art kitchen with breakfast bar inspires family meals and gatherings. A double-sided fireplace separates 2 living areas with both having French doors leading to outdoor patios. There is a sunroom with a wet bar and half bath that can be easily converted into a gym or another bedroom, if needed. There is a wine/safe room just off the kitchen that leads to the 2-car attached garage and portico garage.

The master suite is set up perfectly with a double-sided fireplace, wet-bar, French doors leading to a poolside patio, and a large bathroom with garden tub, large shower and walk-in closets. There is a nice-sized office just off the master with quality built-ins.

The spiral staircase leads upstairs to an additional 2 ensuite bedrooms. The theatre room has a balcony overlooking the pool area that provides a breath of fresh air while watching the game or movies. The upstairs level also has its own laundry room.

Surrounding the pool (built in 2017), is plenty of room to entertain with several patios and a gazebo. The pool is set up with stunning night-time lighting and the surrounding areas have custom natural gas lanterns. The thoughtful irrigation system creates hassle-free maintenance for all the various potted plants outdoors.

About the Garage/Showroom/Pool House

Finished in 2018 and built to complement the main home, this garage showroom is one of the finest. The poolhouse is designed to resemble a retro diner/cafe complete with bar, full bath and large windows overlooking the pool and the adjacent garage. This “showroom” area can accommodate up to 6 vehicles. On the other side is another separated bay that serves as a workspace with an automotive lift. The completely floored attic is huge and spans the entire footprint of the building.
